*Since this post, we've taken the team to read each and every one of your messages. You aren't ready to let go of HypeDrop, and neither are we.

In light of this, we've made the decision to extend our notice of closure by an additional 60 days so that you have more time to enjoy HypeDrop as you normally would!

We'll continue to operate until 26th June 2024, after which we'll close deposits and only process withdrawals.

To our fantastic community,

Since we launched in 2019, we’ve been grateful for your trust and support in HypeDrop. The last five years have been incredible. However, it is with a heavy heart that we announce a closure of our operations as a necessary step towards a better future.

We recognise that our efforts in the development of an improved HypeDrop are not close enough to the high standards we set. It’s not fair to ask you to wait for a product that won’t reflect the high expectations you rightfully hold. 

We know that this announcement may come as a surprise to those of you who have supported and enjoyed our services for half a decade. But we want you to know that the decision was made with the utmost consideration for your satisfaction. 

We recognise that the current HypeDrop falls short of our vision, and we are committed to rectifying this with a new venture for the benefit of all.

HypeDrop will continue to operate as normal until 26th April 2024, after which you will no longer be able to deposit and only withdrawals will be processed. Balance withdrawals to crypto will be available after 26th April 2024 without the need to exchange items.

What happens next?

HypeDrop will continue to operate as normal until 26th April 2024, after which you will no longer be able to deposit and only withdrawals will be processed.

How do I withdraw my funds?

After 26th April 2024, you can withdraw your funds without the need to exchange an item in your cart.

Just go to the top-up page by clicking on the + sign, then choose ‘withdraw’ and pick your currency. 

Remember, there might be different fees and minimum amounts for each currency, and the minimum amount you can withdraw is:

• 0.0002 BTC
• 0.01 ETH
• 5 USDT
• 0.1 LTC
• 0.001 BCH

Our team will handle all deposits, withdrawals, and shipping requests up to and including 26th April 2024. 

After 26th April 2024, a monthly administration fee may be applied to account balances that are not withdrawn. Please contact help@hypedrop.com for more information.

What about my orders that are being shipped?

Pending orders will be fulfilled as usual, and our team will remain available to assist you with any questions about your products, received items, and open orders. 

Please contact us via help@hypedrop.com should you require any support with your order. 

Can I transfer my levels and rewards?

No, levels and rewards are not transferable to our other sites. If this changes, we will update you on our socials.

When is HypeDrop coming back?

We aim to release a new venture in the future, but we know that this process will take a long time. Therefore, we have chosen not to share a date or deadline. Please keep an eye on our socials for more information. 

Have you sold HypeDrop?

No, the HypeDrop brand ownership remains the same. The core team also remains the same and we’ll be looking to onboard senior hires in the future to ensure that we can deliver the best service for all.
