If you've ever wanted to join our Mystery Box curation team, here's your chance! Each week, we're asking you to create a box that could be featured on HypeDrop. If your box is selected, you'll also win $250. Here's how you can take part!
How Does It Work?
We want you to create your own Mystery Box with new items that you choose. Your Mystery Box can follow any theme, but it must include genuine and real world products.
It isn't a requirement that these products are shipped worldwide. However, we would like to ship prizes above $5 in at least one country to begin with. Any items below this prize can be non-shippable, but should be jokey - think a dorito chip, a lego brick or a single shoelace!
HypeDrop is unique because it blends the real world with an online experience. With that in mind, here's some key things to consider before you make your Mystery Box!
- Is it marketable? Will it create good, funny or viral content?
- Does it make you want to speak about how surreal it is to friends?
- Is it fun to open for players? Is the HypeDrop experience enhanced by this? Does it create emotion?

Once you're ready, share it in Item-box-ideas on Discord and our team will review your submission. Submissions are unlimited, so you can share as many ideas you want.
What Happens If I'm Picked?
Every week, we'll look at your submissions and pick 1-3 of our favourites. We'll then add them to HypeDrop, and reward you with $250.
With our team expanding, there’s more room than ever to get involved. So, as long as your box performs well, you could get the chance to become a permanent member of our team!
